Netscape Mail 7

Open Netscape Mail 7.x.

Click 'Edit,' and select 'Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings...'

Click 'Add Account...,' and click 'OK.'

Select 'Email account,' and click 'Next.'

Enter your name in the 'Your Name:' field.

Enter your full email address (username@yourisp.com) in the 'Email

Address' field, and click 'Next.'

Select 'POP' and enter your POP server in the 'Incoming Server:' field.
E.g. pop.mailserver.com

Enter your SMTP server in the 'Outgoing Server:' field.
E.g. smtp.mailserver.com

Click 'Next.'

Enter your username (including '@yourprovider.com') in the 'Incoming User Name:' field and the 'Outgoing User Name:' field, and click 'Next.'

Enter a name for your Netscape Mail account in the 'Account Name field,' and click 'Next.'

Click 'Next,' and then click 'Finish.'

Open the 'Edit' menu, and select 'Mail and Newsgroups Account Settings.'
Check the box next to 'Use secure connection (SSL)' in the 'Server Settings' section (the port should change to 995).

Change 'Use secure connection' to 'TLS' under 'Outgoing Server (SMTP),' and click 'OK.'

Save all your changes and click 'OK'.

You may need to restart Netscape Mail for the changes to take effect.
