In this guide you will be shown how to set up rules using outlook 2003.
First go to "Tools" and click on "Rules and Alerts".
You will now see the following screen. Select either to create the rule using a template or from a blank rule. Then follow the wizard as instructed.
Or alternatively you can simply "right click" on the email you wish to create a rule for and select "create rule"
This will open the basic rule window, select the options required and the folder you wish the message to be sent to and then click OK to complete.
To edit a rule go to "Tools" and then "Rules and Alerts" then find the rule you wish to edit. Once found high light it and click "Change rule" and then "Edit rules settings.." from that menu.
Now edit the rules to your specifications and click next until the rule is finished, then click "Finish" to complete.
