How to Access Remote Web Access 2008
First of all open Internet Explorer or whichever browser you prefer:
In the address bar type https:// your IP address/remote where your IP address would be substituted for your public static IP address assigned by your internet service provider.

A certificate error may or may not occur, if so choose continue to this webpage. Although Internet Explorer suggests it is not safe, in this instance it should be ignored.
On this screen enter your username and password, your username will be same as the one used to access your computer and your password will also be the same.
On this screen you can choose to view your E-mail or connect to your computer at work. To connect to your computer click the option and the following screen will be displayed:
You can now choose your pc from the list and then click connect. You will then be presented with the standard Windows logon screen where you can enter your usual Username and Password.
