Microsoft ‘Remote Web Workspace’ can be configured as standard. Allowing selected users to access the system via a secure VPN connection. Once logged in, their own desktop appears and they have all the benefits and functionality that they would have if they were sat at their own desk.

All our servers have a Dual Backup System. The first saves all data to two hard disks so if one fails the other takes over seamlessly. The second is a Tape Backup drive or external disk system that provides the second line of defense with removable backup storage solution.

Microsoft Exchange is an integral part of Small Business Server and allows you to set up as many e-mail addresses as you require and direct the e-mails to any registered users. Shared Calendars & Tasks also help to improve communication and efficiency within your business.

All our equipment comes with a minimum 12 month warranty, some items come with a full 3 year warranty. We offer fixed cost, comprehensive IT support packages or fixed cost, hourly support charges. Cost can be spread throughout the year and most training comes free!

All our servers are of a high specification designed specifically to handle all the tasks they have to perform. A central server, takes many tasks for users P.C.’s such as file & printer sharing, application sharing, e-mail tasks, remote access, etc. This frees up your P.C. resources and allows it to perform tasks more quickly.

All our systems are installed with a Hardware Firewall Unit as standard. More effective than simple software firewalls, these provide an excellent defense against unwanted programs, spyware and hackers.

SPAM, Pop-Ups and Viruses are eliminated with McAffee Total Defence and the latest version of Windows Small Business Server 2003 with Microsoft Exchange e-mail. This is installed on the server and automatically deploys to all P.C.’s and laptops across the network. Updates are downloaded automatically from the server meaning the server does the work so you don’t have to!

Roaming Profiles allow all users to operate any P.C. or Laptop on the network. Users simply log-on to any P.C. and it becomes theirs: the desktop data, e-mail and documents mirrors their own system allowing users to share and swap P.C.’s whenever they like.

As part of your I.T installation we will transfer all of your existing data to the new server or P.C.'s, as required. We will even advise you as to the best and most secure way to store your data and we have years of experience in supplying and installing applications such as Sage, Quickbooks, AutoCad, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, etc.
