How To Connect to a Wireless Network

To connect to a wireless network using Windows wireless utility right click on the "My Network Places" icon on the desktop. Once you have done this, click properties.

Next you must ensure that your wireless connection is activated. To do this, right click the wireless connection. If it says "Enable" in the options click it.

Once actived or if it was already active right click on the same connection and click "View Available Wireless Networks".

Having done this the wireless connection
menu will open and display all available
connections. Click on the correct one
and then click "Connect" and you should
join the network.

Some networks will have passwords for
security. To access these simply insert
your password when prompted as here.
